Trailing Drawdown is a risk management rule that follows your account’s highest balance (high watermark) during the trading challenge. As your account profits, the drawdown level adjusts upwards, but it does not decrease when your balance goes down. Once the Trailing Drawdown hits your starting balance, it stops trailing.
