How does Trailing Drawdown work?
How does Trailing Drawdown work?
Updated over 5 months ago

As you make profits, your drawdown limit increases. For example, if your max drawdown is 7% and your account grows from $100,000 to $105,000, the trailing drawdown will adjust to $97,650 (105,000 - 7%). However, if your account balance drops, the drawdown level will not decrease; it remains fixed at the higher watermark.
