At High Roller Funding, we are committed to promoting responsible trading practices and ensuring that all traders operate in a manner that aligns with professional risk management standards. As part of this commitment, we strictly prohibit trading strategies that resemble gambling or exhibit excessively high-risk behavior.
Definition of Gambling:
Gambling, in the context of trading, refers to high-risk strategies that involve placing trades with little to no regard for market analysis, probability, or risk management. This includes, but is not limited to:
"All or Nothing" trades: risking a significant portion or all of the account daily or max drawdown on single trades or a series of high-risk trades.
Excessive use of leverage without a clear, rational strategy.
Reckless trading that ignores established risk management practices (e.g., not using stop losses, over-leveraging, or overtrading).
Prohibited Activities:
High-Risk Speculative Trading: Engaging in trades that involve excessive risk, without appropriate market analysis or risk management.
Overleveraging: Using excessive leverage to magnify profits without accounting for the increased potential of losses.
All-In Trading Strategies: Risking an entire or significant portion of the account balance on single trades or short-term series of trades.
Inconsistent Trading: Employing strategies that show clear signs of reckless or erratic behavior with no logical market reasoning behind them.
Consequences of Violation:
Traders found engaging in gambling-style trading behaviors may face the following actions:
Warning: A formal warning will be issued to the trader.
Profit Adjustments: Profits derived from gambling-style trades may be disqualified from payout.
Account Suspension or Termination: Repeated or severe violations may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the account.
Our rules are in place to protect both individual traders and the integrity of the overall trading environment. High Roller Funding seeks to cultivate a professional trading culture, and we expect all traders to adhere to these guidelines.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in appropriate action, including potential disqualification from payouts or account termination.
