At High Roller Funding, we strive to provide a fair and transparent process for all of our traders. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Refunds on Challenge Fees

Refunds for challenge fees are generally not provided once the trading account has been issued and trades have been placed. In special circumstances, a refund may be considered if:

  • The customer has not yet made any trades on the account.

  • There is a clear system error or technical issue on our side that prevents the customer from starting the challenge.

Refunds Due to KYC Failure

If a customer fails KYC and it results in account termination, a refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on the reason for failure. If the failure is related to fraud or document forgery, no refund will be issued.

Chargebacks

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team will be permanently banned from our platform.
