At High Roller Funding, we are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner.

How We Handle Disputes:

  • If a trader has a dispute regarding their account, they should first contact our customer support team.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, the trader may request a formal review of their account.

  • In certain cases, disputes may be escalated to a neutral third-party for arbitration, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Arbitration:

  • By using our services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than through the court system.
